We purchased from them a mixed bag of diverse willow cuttings that included at least curly willow, streamco and some pussy willows. It's been on my list to properly identify everything that is growing, but so far I haven't! So consider these bundles at least somewhat of a surprise. Cuttings were taken recently and are being stored in bags to keep them fresh.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCuttings are approximately 10\" long. There are at least 20 cuttings in each bundle. Willows are excellent for wildlife habitat, privacy screens, wind break, biomass, and crafting. Willow roots very easily. Our preferred method of propagation is to simply stick the cuttings into the ground once the soil thaws and let them do their thing! A high percentage of cuttings will root using this method. Suppressing weeds with a thick layer of mulch and protecting the planted cuttings from rabbits and deer will go a long ways towards ensuring survival.
